Du hast wahrscheinlich recht, aber eines nach dem anderen. Wenn überhaupt, würde ich vielleicht die #Fritzbox durch einen #Mikrotik #Router ersetzen. Es sieht aber so aus, als hätte alles wie gewünscht geklappt. Ziel war es, herauszufinden, ob das normale Internet weiterläuft – und das hat funktioniert. Wobei er noch auf einem öffentlichen IPv6-DNS stand, während IPv4 bereits wieder über den Pi-Hole lief. Aber das passt schon. Wichtig ist nur, dass die Frau mich nicht anruft, während ich unterwegs bin. 😜

Customer calls and says a ClaudeGPT generated #MikroTik script won’t run without errors and they’re fast running out of time to get it fixed and no matter how they tell the AI it doesn’t work, it continues to spit out code that has errors they don’t know how to fix. It’s hallucinated CLI commands that simply don’t exist! Also doesn’t even have the correct syntax. It looks great code to the untrained eye but it’s AI slop. I do love the way AI is creating work for me at the moment 🤣

I just discovered how good MikroTik routers (all devices in general) are.

RouterOS 7 looks amazing and the web UI is clean, powerful, and fast. Can’t believe I wasted money on cheap TP-Link and Cudy routers that broke when I tried to install OpenWRT. MikroTik gives you real control, pro-level features, and solid firmware right out of the box.

Wish I knew about them earlier. 🥹
